By using the English Conversation mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

English Conversation is an Android application that provides AI-powered English conversation practice, translation services, grammar lessons, vocabulary building, and quizzes. The App uses Google Gemini API for AI conversations and various third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the AI chat feature.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• One person may hold only one account.

4. Coins and Purchases

• New users receive 300 free coins upon first login.
• Coins can be earned by watching rewarded ads (up to 3 per day, 100 coins each).
• Coins are consumed when sending messages to AI teachers.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates and consumption rates.
• Coins are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to circumvent the coin system or ad serving mechanism.
• Send abusive, harassing, or inappropriate messages to AI teachers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, content, and branding, is owned by KCO Apps and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini API, Firebase, Google AdMob, and OneSignal. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation or availability of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is currently free).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
